Russell’s experience includes thirty years at Lanier Technical College, a Quick Start trainer for over 350 new or expanding companies and development of Certified Customer Service Specialist and Certified Manufacturing Specialist programs. He also worked with Georgia Institute of Technology to develop and implement a self-sustaining Ammonia Refrigeration Training Facility for the ammonia industry. Russell obtained his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Masters in Public Administration. He is a Specialist in Technical Education and a Certified Economic Development Trainer.
